Error The Module ODBC Crystal Bin craxdrt dll was Loaded but the Call to DLLRegisterServer Failed with Error Code 080040152 when Running Crystal Reports from FIMS

When attempting to run Crystal Reports from within FIMS, the error "The Module[fims path]\ODBC\Crystal\Bin\craxdrt.dll" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterSErver failed with error code 0x80040152" takes place however Crystal Reports runs correctly outside of FIMS. This occurs for all users.
This was caused by the \npo\found\FIMS\Odbc\Crystal\Bin folder being moved to a different location accidentally. Replacing the folder back to its original location (X:\npo\found\FIMS\Odbc\Crystal\Bin) resolved the issue.
