There are no items to display in this grid when downloading gifts from Online Express

Client will get a message that "There are no items to display in this grid. Press Refrresh to relaoad this grid" even though there are gifts to download:

Clients get this prompt even though there are gifts to download because they have Assignments enabled under Integration Options and the it's causing a filter that the user signed in doesn't have access to. Follow these steps to remove:

1) Open OLX
2) Go to Account > Integration Options > Transaction Assignments
3) Unmark Enable Assignments (for example here: https://www.screencast.com/t/NRcFoZRyg )
4) Click OK

Users will now be able to download gifts. (They may have to go out of Online Express and back in to verify the change)
