I have a family that has a balance due this month that they did not pay yet. Why are they not showing up on the Aging Report that I ran this month?
To ensure you are getting the accurate balances of families on an Aging Report, it is important to remember to click on the option "Include Accounts with Current Balances" or else the report will run as a regular Delinquency Report.
1. From your home page, click on the Reports tab
2. Under Cashflow, click on Aging
3. This white pop up box will appear, and to ensure you are capturing the current month's balances, click on the gray button: Include Accounts with Current Balances. Otherwise, if you do not click on that option, you will be running a regular Delinquency report.
