Adding a registrant to an event with a registration option that possesses a registration count of 16 or greater causes perpetual loading

When a registrant is added to an Event containing a registration option in which that option has a registration count of 16 or greater, the software perpetually loads.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to the Events functional area.
2. Create a new Event or open an existing Event.
3. Click the Options tab.
4. Add a new Registration option with any parameters, just make sure the 'Registration count:' field is set to 16 or greater.
5. Click the Registrations tab.
6. Click Add.
7. Click the down arrow for the Registration option drop-down.
