Raisers Edge stops responding when committing constituent batches with Bank information

When committing a constituent batch which contains constituent bank information, some users may find that Raisers Edge becomes unresponsive and they are required to close the application. If they remove the bank information, they are then able to successfully commit the batch. 
This issue is currently under investigation. Please contact Blackbaud Support if you are affected.
