A parent is receiving an error message "Your transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again or contact the school for further information." when attempting to submit a payment on the Deposit of a Contract. Looking in Reconcile Fees, the error message states a "Decline Check Limit Exceeded" error message. Why won't this payment go through?
For certain payments above a specific dollar amount transactions may be prevented by the gateway as a security measure. The amount may vary depending upon which gateway is being used; However, these payments can still be processed normally through the gateway by contacting the gateway provider who can allow the payment to process.
