Altru supports SAML 2.0 based identity providers. Here is the HELP documentation with more details. If you meet this, at this point in time we are able to manually provision access to the SSO SPA for configuration, testing, and turning on of SSO for organizations. We can do this for your organization to link your Blackbaud ID (Altru account) to Azure AD.

If you are interested in us turning this on for you, please Click Chat with Support and provide the below information:
  1. Your name
  2. Organization Site ID
  3. Blackbaud ID: We need to authorize access to individuals at the organization. Get a list of the the Blackbaud ID usernames (email addresses) of the person(s) that will need access to the Blackbaud SSO portal to complete the configuration. This is typically the ITadmin of the organization that has admin access to their identity provider to enter the technical configuration information.
  4. Identity Provider & Type: SAML 2.0, Azure AD, ADFS or Okta
    • Note: SAML 2.0 is the catch all minimum requirement and covers a whole range of identity providers like G-Suite, Auth0, and OneLogin. This may also be known as Shiboleth, CAS, or G-Suite. We do not support Active Directory as this is a on-premise deployment.
