Contract still showing as pending after the parents had signed.

Note: As of July 9, 2018, Blackbaud's School Management solutions (which include Core, onBoard, onCampus, onMessage, and onRecord) are utilizing a new top level navigation. A contract still showing as pending after the parents had signed and had no information as to why it is pending.
A contract may still be in pending after being signed if, after the signature page and in the review page rather than selecting accept they either canceled out or closed the browser window leaving it at that state.

To Resolve the issue, the affected parent just needs to go back into the contract and select accept on the review page.
