When a user runs the Duplicate Constituent Report they can see constituents for other areas. They should only see constituent matches from their own area.
This has been resolved in Service Pack 17 Hot Fix 1720. Please download and install the latest Service Pack or Hot Fix which contains all fixes from previous patches.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Run as a non admin user with their specific site security 2. Click on the constituent tab 3. Select Duplicates under the Maintenance section 4. Select the Duplicate constituent report 5. In the Duplicate record source field, select Incremental Duplicate Constituent Search Process Results 6. Click View Report
