This can happen if the Teacher was not added in the term the course started in.

To add the Teacher to the first term of a course:
  1. Navigate to onCampus > People
  2. Select Academics
  3. From Course Teachers, search for the course
  4. Click Edit
  5. From Select Filter Options, select the term the course started in
  6. Click Add Teacher
  7. Search for the Teacher
  8. Click on the >> to move the Teacher over to Added Users
  9. Click Next
  10. Select the Teacher Type from the dropdown menu
  11. Mark as Head (if desired)
  12. Click Save & Exit
