Error: Unable to read line xxxx: Line xxxx cannot be parsed using the current Delimiters - when importing a file into CRM

When importing a file using all out of box features you might receive an error message that states, "Unable to read line xxx: Line xxx cannot be parsed using the current Delimiters". 
To resolve this error, open the file and remove any Delimiters, ( ), { }, [ ], < >, " ", ' ', <? ?>, /* */, <% %>, so the file can be read correctly. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Click Administration
2. Click Import
3. Import file
4. Error: Unable to read line xxx: Line xxx cannot be parsed using the current Delimiters
