My Num Lock key does not work - when entering Journal Entries

When entering information, the Num Lock key on the keyboard no longer types numbers when turned on.
Try the following in order as needed:

If only occurring for one user:

1. Replace the existing keyboard or test with a different keyboard
2. Reboot the workstation
3. Run the Reset Registry Plugin - How to reset all user options using the Reset Registry utility
