We document all follow up fees (late fees), when they are applied, paid and either voided or cancelled from the family's account. You can view this information by:
  1.  Login to https://school.smarttuition.com
  2. Select the applicable school year
  3. Click on the Families tab at the top left of the page
  4. Find the family's last name and account > click on their name
  5. Hover over the blue box on the left, then click More Option > Manage Late Fees and Bank Fees
  6. Scroll down to the Late Fee and Bank Fee Status heading
  7. Click on any tab (Late Fee Status or Bank Fee Status or System Fee Adjustment Log) to see the audit trail and the status.
If the late fee was not waived, voided or reversed, then the Status will display Applied.
