Unable to Change Payment Dates on a Payment Plan for a Grant or Scholarship

I am trying to change the payment plan dates for a grant or scholarship, but the new date column will not appear so that I can enter in the new dates, how do I fix that?
You cannot change payment dates if any payment was made on the grant or scholarship, you will need to go to open items and find the unpaid open payments there and change the due date. That will not be reflected on the payment plan of the voucher itself until the payments are paid.

If you want to have them reflected on the voucher immediately, then you will need to void any payments made on the scholarship or grant, then go to the grant or scholarship module and do a payment date adjustment which you can then do since the payment was voided.
