A client would like to void a pdf receipt after refunding a donation.
Luminate will not mark anything as voided when a donation is refunded. In addition, once a donation is deleted/refunded, you won't be able to access the pdf receipt. The best way to go about this if you want a receipt to show voided, you must void the donation first before you refund it.
To void a PDF receipt
1. From the navigation bar, click Setup > Receipt Manager. 2. On the Receipts list page, click Manage. 3. On the Find Receipt page, enter as much known information for the: *First Name of constituent *Last Name of constituent *Receipt Number range *Date when the receipt was issued
4. Click Search. 5. When the search results page displays, click Void from the Actions column of the receipt. 6. On the confirmation pop-up, click OK.
