Why does AddressAccelerator changes postal code, lot and DPC code on an address every time it is ran

Users of AddressAccelerator may notice addresses that have already been validated keep changing the +4 zip code, lot and/or DPC number every time they are submitted to be validated. 
This issue was resolved with the 2018 April/May Release of AddressAccelerator.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into the Raiser's Edge 
2. Add an address 
3. Save and close the record and let AddressAccelerator automatically run
4. Go back into the record and select the 'AddressAccelerator' envelope icon to run the process again
5. Observe the change in zip, lot and DCP code
