I am getting the following error message when i try to process my renewals: The file could not be downloaded. Error deleting temp directory: Access to the path 'C:\Windows\TEMP\MembershipRenewals' is denied.

Click Memberships > The name of your Membership program
Click on Membership renewal notice status
Click on the history tab > Click the arrow next to the last process
