You can run an Enrollment Summary report if you just need a head count of the number of students per grade or you can run an Enrollment by Grade report, if you need the student and family information.

Here is how to run either report:
  1. Go to the applicable school year
  2. Click on the Reports tab at the top of the page
  3. Under the Enrollment heading, click on Enrollment Summary or Enrollment by Grade.
Select the PDF option if you need a clean print out of the document.
Select the Excel option if you want to filter the information.
