When adding an opportunity to a revenue the ask amount is displayed instead of accepted amount

When adding an opportunity to a revenue record where the accepted amount differs from the ask amount, the ask amount is displayed on the add form or opportunity ERB batch field.

Steps to duplicate

1. Go to Prospects functional area
2. Search for a Major Giving Prospects and click on the Prospect tab and Plans sub-tab
3. Click on prospect plan name and on the opportunities tab add an opportunity:


Add opportunity form:

Status: accepted
Expected Ask amount: £15,000
Ask amount: £30,000
Accepted amount: £40,000


4. On the opportunity record go to the associated revenue tab and add a single pledge, notice on the add form that the in the opportunity field the drop-down displays
the 'ask amount' instead of the 'accepted' amount.

The same occurs when using the opportunity field in a revenue batch.
 

Answer:

Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
