GIFTS Alta users often rely on past grant data to drive decision making for future grants. One useful piece of information is the last grant amount the organization in question received. What follows is a series of steps that assists you in pulling this data.
To pull the previous grant amount received by an Organization within a report, please take the following steps:
1. Within GIFTS Alta, perform a search for an Organization or Request 2. Mark the checkbox next to the record you are reporting against > Go to Options tab > click 'Report' 3. The Report options appear > Go to Columns tab 4. Under 'Select available columns from', choose Organizations from the dropdown 5. Search for the field labeled 'Last Grant Amount' > click 'Include >>' to add the column to your report 6. File > Save to Report Library if you wish to save the report
