When adding a new contact from a group sales reservation the constituent is added without name formats

I created a new record as a contact for my group sale and their record is marked ad relation only and there are no name formats listed on the personal tab. 
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue and its impact on the software. After careful consideration, we have determined that we will not be addressing this issue. Instead, add the contact to the organization before creating the reservation. 
  1. On the organization constituent record, go to the Relationships tab.
  2. Click Add individual
  3. Enter the appropriate information for that relationship. Enter a new individual constituent, if needed. Go to the Employee and Contact Information tab.  
  4. Mark the box individual is a contact 
  5. If they should be the primary contact, then mark the box primary contact.
  6. Save the relationship.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Navigate to Sales > Group sales
  2. Click the Add button
  3. For the Patron field, select an Organizational record
  4. A Contract tab will appear
  5. Click the button to Create a new record and add the constituents information
  6. Click Save 
  7. Complete the reservation
  8. Go to the record you created in step # 6
  9. Click on the Personal information tab
  10. Click the Personal tab and see that there are no name formats
  11. Click on the Constituency tab
  12. See that it is marked Relation only
