To obtain a list of families with secondary emails:

1. Hover your mouse on the Reports tab and from the drop down options, choose Create a New Custom Report

2. Select All Families

3. Select the following before clicking on the Next button:
a) From the Fields sections: select Family Name, Student Name (optional) Email Address. 
b) From the Additional Fields section: select Smart Family ID and Secondary Email

4. Leave all fields the way the are on this next page and just click on the Next button.

5. Enter the name of your report on the Enter Report Name box.   Entering a description of your report in the Describe Report box is optional.  Then click on Save.

6. In the next page, follow the prompts to either download the report, or  schedule or run the report:
