Error : The specified page could not be loaded. The supplied DateTime represents an invalid time. when opening the Database Growth Management Page

Users may encounter the error "The specified page could not be loaded. The supplied DateTime represents an invalid time. For example, when the clock is adjusted forward, any time in the period that is skipped is invalid. Parameter name: dateTime" when attempting to access the Database Growth Management page.
This error occurs when a process runs during the time change on the day daylight savings time is observed. If the process runs between 2 A.M. to 3 A.M. when changing to daylight savings time or from 1 A.M to 2 A.M when changing to standard time, the history will reflect a time that does not exist. This will cause the page to not load due to the most recent history of the process having an invalid date / time.

To correct this error :
1. Navigate to Administration > Queue
2. Click Add then click Add Step
3. Click the drop down menu next to Business Process Type and select Database Growth Analysis Process
4. Click the Database Growth Analysis Process and click Select
5. Name the queue and save
6. Run the queue
7. Once complete, navigate back to the Database Growth Analysis page and note that the page now loads properly
