If your user experiences the following error when launching IGAM:
We suggest the following:
1. Please check to be sure that any network changes have not occurred. If they have, revert the changes to see if this resolves. 2. Please check to see if it is only one user affected or several. If it is only one user, the issue may be with their workstation specifically - please check connections once more 3. Please be sure to check that permissions for the affected user(s) have not changed 4. In the case that you are working in a Citrix environment, please be sure that there are no issues with the Citrix proile(s) of the affected user(s)
Ultimately, the issue is environmental and any changes made before the error took place must be analyzed as potential culprits.
