When assigning contracts in bulk an error message appears.
If an error occurs when bulk assigning a contracts to large groups of students check to see if any of the students have multiple graduation years listed on there record.
1. Go through the process of bulk assigning the contracts 2. Once you get to step 3 look for repeated users for example:
3 Locate the suspect record. 4. Go to Core > user/access > profile > edit user profile data > search for user 5. Select users record 6. Scroll down to system information and select Alumni affiliation 7 Delete unwanted graduation year
