Blackbaud Smart Tuition is moving towards a paperless operating environment.  We encourage you and your families to use our online enrollment website:  It is a quick and efficient way for your families to enroll safely and securely. Once they complete the enrollment, their account is created and placed in the Parent Registration Enrollment folder.

You may request a PDF enrollment form by contacting support, if you have families that do not have access to the online enrollment site.  Please include the following in your request:
  • the school year
  • any changes to your payment plans, due dates or payment methods
  • allow 3-5 business days for processing
When you receive your PDF enrollment form, thoroughly review for accuracy. If it is correct, you may use it immediately. Please be sure to print both sides of the form for your families.

Completed applications can be manually entered under the  Add a New Family tab under Enrollment. Be sure you enter the application in the correct school year.
