Data could not be saved. The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_BATCHREVENUEBBNCINFO_NETCOMMUNITYTRANSACTIONPROCESSORID when attempting to delete a Batch Assignment Setting

Attempting to delete any batch assignment setting that’s previously been used to process a transaction from Web Transactions throws the error:
The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_BATCHREVENUEBBNCINFO_NETCOMMUNITYTRANSACTIONPROCESSORID". The conflict occurred in database "xxxx", table "dbo.BATCHREVENUEBBNCINFO", column 'NETCOMMUNITYTRANSACTIONPROCESSORID'.
The statement has been terminated.”

We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1. From Web Transactions> Batch Assignment Settings - create a new batch assignment setting.
               a. Populate the transaction type as Donation and include a name.
               b. Mark as default for this transaction type.
               c. Edit the batch assignment row and include a Batch Template.
               d. Save the assignment setting.
2. If there are not currently any pending donations, create a standard donation from BBIS.
3. Using the newly created batch assignment setting download the pending BBIS donation transaction.
4. Attempt to delete the Batch Assignment setting, note the error “The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_BATCHREVENUEBBNCINFO_NETCOMMUNITYTRANSACTIONPROCESSORID". The conflict occurred in database "xxxx", table "dbo.BATCHREVENUEBBNCINFO", column 'NETCOMMUNITYTRANSACTIONPROCESSORID'.
The statement has been terminated.””

*The Batch Assignment setting can be deleted if it has not been used to process any transactions.
