Clients that work with Views often need to find a means to organize their records to help them with reporting. Using the Sorting feature can help further organize these records - below is a series of steps that one can follow to take full advantage of this feature.
To sort a View, from the Workspace (or any search) in GIFTS Online please take these steps: 1. Go to the bottom middle of the screen > Click the folder icon to open the Change Display window 2. In the Change Display window, click the Sorting button 3. Add the sorting element from the left column to the right and make your own adjustments to suit your needs (ascending, descending, order of sorting elements) > Click OK 4. Click the floppy disk icon to Save the View
