A school user can remove an award amount from a student in a finalized budget by completing the following steps:
  1. Hover over the “Budgets” tab (located in the grey banner at the top of the screen) and click “Manage Budgets” from the drop-down menu.
  2. Select the budget you wish to edit by either clicking on the budget name or clicking the green “View”  button. (the View button looks like an eye)
  3. Click the yellow “Un-Finalize Budget” button at the top right of the page.
  4. Click the green Edit button under the “Actions” column to the right of the student’s name (the Edit button looks like a pencil)
  5. Edit the award amount in the “Awarded Amount” box and click “Update.”
Please remember to click the red “Finalize” button at the top right of the page if you wish to finalize the budget again!
