Persona address lines don't transfer to USPS.com after clicking on the USPS.com button

When I click on the USPS.com button from an eTapestry Persona, the website opens up but the address lines don't appear. How can I check the address at USPS.com?
The USPS has changed the functionality of the look-up which will no longer be able to transfer the values from the persona within eTapestry to the USPS site.  It will now be necessary to perform a manual search:
  1. Navigate to an account in eTapestry.
  2. Click on Personas in the account header.
  3. Ensure address data is present (address lines, city, state, postal code).
  4. Scroll down to the Postal Code field.
  5. Click USPS.com. A new tab/window from USPS.com will open.
  6. Click Find By Address.
  7. Enter the address data in the fields,
  8. Click Find to perform the search.
  9. Review results.
  10. Update the address information on the eTapestry Persona as needed. Click Save And to save any edits.

Additional notes:
  • The USPS.com button/search is only for checking the data entry accuracy/validity of the address, such as street name spelling, city name spelling, and the correct ZIP code. It is NOT the same as the eTapestry AddressFinder (NCOA) Service, which considers the resident and the address.
  • There is not a "mass update" function available using this button. Run the eTapestry AddressFinder (NCOA) Service to update large groups of addresses.
