Follow the steps below to make tuition insurance required.
Note: Tuition insurance cannot be changed if the payment plan has been placed on a contract that has been generated. If the contracts have been generated a lock will appear next to the payment plan. In order to adjust it the contract(s) must be removed.
If the payment plan has not been used....
1. Go to onBoard > Settings > Contract Forms 2. Select the Payment Plan Setup 3. Under the Tuition insurance column select Optional or Required
