Manually Added Records to NXT Webview Lists Do Not Export to Database View Queries or .csv Files

When adding a constituent to a Constituent List in NXT webview manually, and then trying to either export that list to .csv or as a Static Query in Database view, the manually added constituent does not export in either situation.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Login to NXT webview
  2. Go to Lists > Constituents
  3. Create a constituent list with any filters
  4. Click on the button for Add/Exclude > Add to List
  5. Search for and find any constituent in the database and select them to add them to the list.
  6. Notice that the manually added constituent in Step 5 does not show up in on the main list, only when you click on the number next to "manually added"
  7. Click on Save > In Database View as Static Query or click on the Export option.
  8. Login to Database view
  9. Go to Query
  10. Search for the Query created in NXT webview
  11. Open the query and go to the Outputs tab and add an output for Constituent > Name
  12. Notice the constituent added manually to the list is not present.  Also open your .csv file and notice the manually added constituent does not show up there either.
