I receive notifications from Luminate Online that report results are available, only to log in and discover there are zero results returned from the report. Can I not get the notification if there's no data?
The notification sent from Luminate Online that a scheduled report has completed processing is similar to an Autoresponder. Once the report runs and finishes, it triggers the notification to be delivered to the Admins configured to receive the notification. Currently, the database does not take into consideration the results (if any) returned. The Admins would either be sent all notifications of the report completing (even if no results are returned) or they can be removed from the notification list and not receive them at all.
