I am receiving a "Ready to enable" screen when provisioning Online Express

When provisioning Online Express, users might receive the following prompt:
Ready to Enable?
Please contact your Account Manager to request to have Online Express activated. If you do not know who your Account Manager is, please refer to How do I contact my account manager?

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge with a username with Supervisor rights
Note: We recommend logging in with the Supervisor username, in case BBPS and/or BBMS credentials need to be entered into the database
  1. Click on the Online Express plugin​
  2. Click the Get Started button
  3. If your Site ID is not populated in the Site ID field, type your Site ID
  4. Type your desired primary contact for Online Express into the Email address field
  5. Click Next
  6. The Ready to Enable Online Express? prompt appears
