I am receiving a "To get started, contact your Blackbaud account rep today." screen

When accessing any of the following tabs in the Online Express plugin, users may receive a screen that says, "To get started, contact your Blackbaud account rep today."

Contact your Blackbaud account rep today
Please contact your Account Manager to request to have Online Express activated. If you do not know who your Account Manager is, please refer to How do I contact my account manager?

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge with a username with Supervisor rights
  2. Click on the Online Express plugin
  3. Click on your desired tab
  4. The To get started, contact your Blackbaud account rep today." screen appears
