I do not see all of my purchased modules in my Online Express plugin

When accessing the Online Express plugin, users may notice that they do not have access to all of the features they have purchased. (i.e. I purchased Event forms, but I don't see "Events" in my plugin or I purchased Membership forms, but I don't see "Memberships" in my plugin)

If you are missing the Events or Memberships tab in your Online Express plugin:

Follow the below steps in the specified order until resolved:
  1. Check your contract and confirm you have purchased Online Express Event Forms/Online Express Membership Forms
  2. Check your contract and confirm you have purchased RE:Events/RE:Members
  3. Confirm you have unlocked RE:Events/RE:Members in your database:
To confirm that RE:Events/RE:Members is unlocked in your database, please do the following:
  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge with a username with Supervisor rights
  2. Click Records
  3. Open any Constituent record
  4. Confirm you see an Events tab (if you purchased RE:Events) 
  5. Confirm you see a Memberships tab (if you purchased RE:Members)
If you do not see these tabs, follow the steps in How to use the Unlock Code Generator to unlock your purchased modules

If you are missing the Donations or Email marketing tab in your Online Express plugin:

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge with a username with Supervisor rights
  2. Click on the Online Express plugin
  3. Notice that the desired tab (i.e. Donations/Events/Email marketing/Memberships) is not present
