Users can configure a few different settings in the RELO Options button to apply defaults and/or constituent codes to new records:
  1. Navigate to the RELO plugin and select the Options button
  2. Select the New Constituent Category and view the options:
  •      'Constituent Code applied for all new constituents'- when this is the only option configured in this window new records will get the defined constituent code and a Date From (this is the date the record was processed out of the plugin.
  •      'Default Set applied to all new individuals'- when this is the only option configured in this window and the default set has a constituent code included the new record will get the defined constituent code (no dates included).
  •      When both options are configured in this window and the default set has a constituent code included the new record will get the defined constituent code (no dates included).

NOTE: For records that are not processed as new constituents (i.e., they are merged or linked to existing records in the Raiser's Edge), no constituent code from these settings will be applied.
