Update 10:49AM EDT - Our engineers continue working to implement the repair for the issue impacting some of our Luminate Integration customers causing errors or other service issues when attempting to synchronize data with Raiser's Edge. We hope to have your full service restored as quickly as possible.

Clients who utilize the Convio Connector for Luminate Online to Raiser's Edge integration are receiving "server unavailable" errors. RDO is investigating the root cause and working towards resolution.
