1. Click Analysis > Click Information Library
  2. Search for Admission Visits
Note: The query may also be named Admission Visits - System Default. 
  1. Click the arrow beside the query name > Click Edit
  2. Make sure all of the following are specified for each section below: 
    1. Include Records Where: 
    • User-added image
    • In the left column, select Revenue Application. From the middle column, drag Application into Include records where. Leave this Equal to Admission. Click OK.
    • In the left column, select Refunded Item. From the middle column, drag Quantity into Include records where. Change the drop down menu to Blank. Click OK. 
  1. Results fields to display:

  • To add Amount: From the left column, select Revenue Application. From the middle column, drag Amount into Results fields to display.
  • To add Application: From the left column, select Revenue Application. From the middle column, drag Application into Results fields to display.
