If your school will not be returning to Blackbaud Smart Tuition,  please let us know as soon as possible. We ask that your decision maker or the primary contact for your school submit the request in writing. You may submit the notice via  Case Central

Please include:
  • Your school ID
  • The reason for leaving
  • The school year you will not be returning
All of your families' accounts will be accessible after the cancellation date. We will not restrict your access. Blackbaud Smart Tuition will continue to follow up with families that have overdue balances for 52 weeks after the last due date.  Families can continue to make payments on their account and we will remit the funds to your school.
