The batch assigned email alert includes an application link merge field to batch entry page. When clicking the link, the user is directed to an error page and the Windows security login prompt is received in the internet browser.

1. Click Administration 2. Click Email Alerts 4. Click Batch assigned email alert 5. Click Assign to users and add selected user 6. Assign a batch to selected user 7. User receive email alert with link 8. Click link 9. Receive error message
