User that has been imported into BBIS cannot log into BBIS without going through steps to reset their password. After going through the steps to reset the password by clicking the reset password link and receiving email to reset the password, user enters in new password and receives an error in BBIS.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. User information has been imported into BBIS and the user has never logged in before 2. Manually change users password in BBIS 3. User tries to login to BBIS and receives error: Password change required. 4. Clicks Password Reset 5. Receives email to reset the password 6. Clicks the link to reset password and the URL directs him to correct BBIS page 7. Enters in new password twice 8. Click Save 9. Receive server error in BBIS
