I would like to upgrade to Progress 11, what files do I need to do the upgrade and how can I get those files?
To upgrade to Progress 11, you will need the following below. You will need to upgrade the FIMS database server and any terminal or remote desktops servers as well if you use terminal or remote desktops servers in your environment.
1. The upgrade documentation. 2. Your license for Progress 11.6 (call support or create a case for this item) 3. Your license for Progress 11.6.4 service pack (call support or create a case for this item) 4. The 11.6 upgrade file 5. The 11.6.4 service pack file.

Note for customers using DonorCentral v2 v4: After you upgrade to Progress 11, you will need to delete the 'edadvisor.i' file located in found\fims\custom\gui\eadvisor as was implemented in the fix outlined in this article: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/119388
Do not remove the 'eadvisor.i' from found\fims\custom\gui\eadvisor until you upgrade to Progress 11. Do not remove the 'c90bc37d.0' file from the dlc\certs folder, that file needs to stay in place even after upgrading to Progress 11.
After removing the 'eadvisor.i' file, you will need to re-compile the FIMS database by going to Tools\System Utilities\Admin Utilities\FIMS Compiler, then click Compile:
