Error: xxxxxx was not recognized as a valid FuzzyDate - when adding constituent information from a BBIS Event Registration Transaction Batch

BBIS Event Registration Transaction batches are throwing a FuzzyDate error for constituents with birth dates that are not formatted in a MM/DD/YYYY format on constituent record. If the constituent record has a birth date in the MM/DD format, which is allowed, then the following error occurs in batch, "Error: 00001204 was not recognized as a valid FuzzyDate".
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Using a constituent record that has a birth date in the MM/DD format, register for an event in BBIS
2. Download the transaction into a BBIS Event Registration Transaction batch
3. Click Review Transaction Details
4. Receive Error: xxxx was not recognized as a valid FuzzyDate.
