Inactivating a Learning Profile through onRecord does not remove this from student records - it only inactivates the form, removing it as an option to select when adding a new Learning Profile to a user's record. 

To inactivate a Learning Profile for a specific student, a Learning Profile Manager can:
  1. Navigate to onRecord.
  2. Procedures > Learning Profiles.
  3. Filter for the user/Learning Profile, and click View to update the results. 
  4. Click the Inactiavte link to the right of the Learning Profile.
This will then show an "Inactive" status to the right of the Learning Profile in the student's record.
