This means there are no participation types that a frontend user can choose from. There are 3 possibilities.
  • Participation Types have not been created yet.
  • There are no active Participation Types.
  • The Participation Types are hidden by a Promo Code.
To confirm the reason your Participation Types aren't showing, follow the steps below.
  1. Fundraising > TeamRaiser
  2. Find and Edit your TeamRaiser
  3. Go to Manage Participation Types
    • Confirm that there's at least one Participant Type. Otherwise, you will need to create one.
  4. Edit the Participant Type
  5. Click Select Type Options
    • If there is something typed under Promotion Code, then the constituent will need a special URL in order to see it. Using Promo Codes in TeamRaiser and Calendar Events
    • Under Availability, confirm the checkbox is marked for "Active (available for registrants to select)"
