If the opt-in checkbox is not appearing, there are 2 possibilities.
  • You have the email opt-in configuration set to "No, do not display the email opt-in checkbox. Opt-in constituents automatically"
  • The Email information field has not been included
To confirm these settings, follow the steps below.
  1. Content > select Surveys
  2. Find your survey and click Edit
  3. Go to step 2. Include Questions
  4. Look for the question that has a Question Type of Constituent Registration Info and click Edit
  5. Click Next
    • Confirm the checkbox is marked next to Email under "Requested"
  6. Click Next
    • Under option 2. Configure Email Opt-In, mark "Yes, display the email opt-in checkbox."
  7. Click Save
