In The Raiser's Edge 7.94 or higher for an existing Pivot Report:
  1. Navigate to Reports > Pivot Reports
  2. Open the existing Pivot Report parameter
  3. Click Generate (Note: The Refresh setting does not matter.)
  4. When Excel opens, create the desired Pivot Report.
  5. Save the Excel file at File > Save (or click the Save icon in the QuickAccess tool bar).
  6. X-out of the Excel file.
  7. Return to Pivot Report parameter in The Raiser's Edge.
  8. Click Save or save at File > Save.
  9. X-out of the Pivot Report parameter.

In The Raiser's Edge 7.94 or higher creating a new Pivot Report:
  1. Navigate to Reports > Pivot Reports
  2. Click New in the upper right.
  3. Click the binoculars to search for the Pivot Report query.
  4. Search for the query and double-click on it in the results to add.
  5. Click Generate (Note: The Refresh setting does not matter.)
  6. When Excel opens, create the desired Pivot Report.
  7. Save the Excel file at File > Save (or click the Save icon in the QuickAccess tool bar).
  8. X-out of the Excel file.
  9. Return to Pivot Report parameter in The Raiser's Edge.
  10. Click Save or save at File > Save.
  11. Enter a name for the Pivot Report.
  12. X-out of the Pivot Report parameter.
