Users that work within the Reviewer Portal have the ability to open files and documents to allow them to understand the full breadth of the grant request they have been assigned. In many cases, these files open with ease. However, in rare cases, these files may cause issues when opened or may appear not to open at all.
If you are unable to open files in Reviewer Portal, it most likely has to do with the way your workstation handles certain document types.
Please be sure that the following programs are set to open the following files:
Microsoft Internet Explorer -or- Firefox : HTTP, HTTPS Adobe Reader : PDF Microsoft Word : DOC, DOCX Microsoft Excel : XLS, XLSX, CSV
