SB7/ ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Incorrect syntax near the keyword "MERGE". Native Error: 156 Native Error: 8180 when trying to Merge Duplicate Records

Summary of the Issue: When trying to merge records in Student Billing we receive the error message ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Incorrect syntax near the keyword "MERGE".

Latest version replicated: Current Version
Hosted?: Yes
Client SQL version:N/A
We are currently evaluating this issue and plan to address with patch 26 of version 7.87.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:
1. Navigate to SB > Administration > Merge Records
2.  Click on the Individual 2 Merge Record Parameter and click Open
3. Click Next Twice and produce the error message: https://www.screencast.com/t/8kSyPNZb7
Additional Information: 
Was unable to replicate in my own system but could duplicate with their DB, let me know what more information we might need
Troubleshooting steps:
We had her try doing it with a new parameter instead of the old existing one but the same error persists.
